The World Bank list names firms and individuals sanctioned for fraud, corruption, collusion or coercion in projects it finances, with the period of ineligibility. Many exclusions are cross debarred by other development banks.
SAM.gov exclusions name parties that cannot receive US federal contracts or some types of federal funding.
Who must check it
They matter for:
