Where the data is

The service runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage). Data is stored by Cloudflare and processed in its network; payment data is handled only by Stripe and never reaches our systems.

Encryption

All traffic uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted by the storage provider. API keys and sign-in links are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; the key is shown once.

Access

Access with single-use email links valid for 20 minutes, sessions of 30 days, admin and member roles, separate API keys that can be revoked at any time. Each customer's data is separated by account.

Retention

Your data is kept while the subscription is active. After cancellation it is deleted within 30 days, except invoices and the records we must keep by law. An admin can ask for deletion from the dashboard.

Summaries and translations

Summaries and translations are produced with models running on Cloudflare Workers AI. Your data is not used to train models.

Certifications

Unicorn Private LLC does not hold its own certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Our infrastructure providers publish their own certifications on their websites.

We notify changes to this list at least 30 days in advance on this page.

Documents

Terms of service, data processing agreement, DORA appendix and privacy notice are accepted online when you subscribe. There is no separate contract to sign.

Unicorn Intelligence is an information tool. Decisions and legal obligations, including sanctions compliance, due diligence and tender participation, remain with the customer.
